Dinner at the Townsend's was a wonderful time with friends and penguins. We were all greeted with smiles and yummy nibbles, then sat back and relaxed while we chatted and watched the Olympics.

Go Australia!!!

Suddenly we were experts on the women's diving events. We cheered for the no-splashers and laughed at the belly-flops. I'm sure I even saw some of the penguins smirk.

Dinner was a huge selection of tasty variety ranging from mini pies, mini frankfurters, satay chicken noodles, marinated chicken wings, pastry triangles, chicken bombs (bring on the bombs!), nuggets, salad, bread rolls and sauces. The guys hungrily went back for seconds, certain they could still fit in dessert as well.

Dessert was an event in itself. It was an awesome presentation of chocolate moose in individual cups,  decorated with massive strawberries and topped with a sprinkling of chocolate flake. YUM !!!!

A BIG thank you to Tracy and Nathan for holding this very enjoyable New Creation night.
