Tonight was a fun night of sugar and games. We formed three teams of three and grappled for points as we played games drawn out of funny looking hats. One of the games was "Action Charades",  where we drew a bible story out of another funny looking hat and had to re-enact it. The others had to guess what the story was. We got bonus points for guessing where the story could be found in the bible. One memorable one was Chris and Andy on their knees acting like walruses (They were meant to be the seven seals in Revelations).

Another game was "Sound Charades". Similar to action charades, but instead of acting out the story, we had to sound out the story. Robbie did a particularly good (and humourous) job on the Tower of Babel.

A third game type that was drawn out of the 'hat' was Bible Verse Hangman. Team Lounge Lizard tried to rebel against Lyn's helpful letter suggestions (I don't understand it, 'z' and 'x' are perfectly valid letters!).

Dinner was a scrumptious Lasagna (which should be spelt lazagna), with a yum garden salad. And, because it was Chris' birthday last Monday, we had a chocolate cake for him as well. He managed to blow out the candle without shifting from his seat - amazing what you can achieve in your old age ;)

The winners of the evening were Amanda, Jo and Jayson. They won the coveted RED BOX award.
