We all had a brilliant time at Fitzroy Falls. The weather started to threaten rain in the beginning but all we got were a few light drops and then the sun came out. It was a beautiful day to go walking.

I wore my trusty pedometer and by the end of the day was able to say I had walked 6925 steps which equates to 4.639km and a grand total of 260 calories burnt. I must stress at this time that the pedometer does not take into account giant-sized rocky stairs we had to walk up and down, nor the race to be at the head of the line, nor even the treacherous drop bears we had to avoid.

There were some really cool places on the walk including low hanging rocks some of us had to stoop to get under.

There were heaps of awesome look-outs to check-out also.

We had lunch back at the visitor's centre and then on our way back to Sydney we dropped in on the Brown's at Albion Park. They have a beautiful, spacious house there which is perfect for bringing up a family.

We arrived back in the Shire exhausted by very happy.
